LeaderJacks Sponsor Toy Drive

LeaderJacks is a student leadership organization at Dakota College at Bottineau. The group was established for students from every program on campus to be involved. The focus of the organization is to develop leadership skills through community involvement. This fall there are 16 students participating in LeaderJacks. They will be holding a holding toy drive to support teens and children affected by domestic violence over the holiday season. This is the third year of sponsoring the holiday toy drive, with all donated items being brought to the Family Crisis Center (FCC) in Bottineau for distribution.

Dakota College at Bottineau is pleased to announce that Duane Kabanuk has accepted the Farm Management Education instructor position for the northwest region of ND serving Stanley and surrounding areas. Dakota College has added the Northwest region to the currently served areas of Minot, Bottineau, and Rugby, ND.

This event will be streamed 7:00 – 8:30 PM on campus in the Centennial Alumni Center located in Thatcher Hall.

Bartholomay Recognized as Environmental Educator of the Year

Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is excited to share that Angie Bartholomay, DCB Science Professor was awarded the 2023 "Environmental Educator of the Year" Trees Award. Nominations were received from across the state and she was recognized by the North Dakota Forest Service and North Dakota State University.
