About Tara
I grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming but have considered North Dakota home since 2008. I graduated with my BSN from the University of Mary in 2012. I have worked in various patient care settings including nursing home care as a CNA, as a RN in the hospital in Medical Oncology, and as a clinic RN in family practice.
I enjoy teaching new nurses in the workforce and watching their confidence grow as they become safe and competent nurses. I look forward to transitioning that energy to nursing students. I am excited for the opportunity to work with Dakota College at Bottineau and the Dakota Nursing Program in sharing my knowledge and experiences with the students.
I live in Minot with my husband, Nick, and two children, Henley and Gannon, as well as our black Labrador, Mace. I enjoy camping, fishing, shopping and baking.
