Sandy has worked in the Dean's Offcie since June 2015. In collaboration with the Campus Dean, she assists in advancing mission, values, and goals of Dakota College at Botineau to create an optimal learning environment for students and balanced work life environment for employees. The Office of the Campus Dean fosters cooperation to provide distinctive educational services contributing to the common good of the students, faculty, staff, and community. This involves preparing reports, record management and data entry along with coordinating the Campus Dean's schedule and communications. In addition to the Campus Dean assistant duties, Sandy has coordinated DCB marketing. She relinquished the additional marketing duties in 2023 accepting Human Resource Coordination. On campus HR coordination provides a direct contact for succesion planning, recruitment, onboarding, personnel quetions, and offboarding.
