Halle grew up in Glenburn, ND where she graduated from high school. She then attended Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) where she graduated with her associate's degree in English before transferring to Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) where she graduated with her bachelor's degree in Communication Arts & Literature Education. Halle began teaching in 2017 as a high school English teacher; she continued teaching high school until May of 2025. She began teaching at DCB in August of 2025. Halle is currently taking classes through Valley City State University to attain her master's degree in English Education.
