Pre-/Co-requisites: Appropriate English placement test score or ASC 87 with a grade of C or higher. Course Objectives: To identify and evaluate the thesis and supporting details in others’ writing. To use writing and revising strategies to produce short essays. To cite sources accurately according to MLA guidelines. To edit all final drafts, eliminating all grammatical and typing errors. To identify important concepts in reading and discuss them.
