If the Turnitin similarity score is over 20%, the student is notified and will rework the assignment to ensure originality. If the Turnitin simililarity score is over 20% a second time, the assignment earns no credit. If the Turnitin similarity score is over 20% a third instance, the student may fail the course. Confidentiality The experiences or problems shared by classmates during meeting time are not to be discussed outside of class. This is preparation for those going into a helping field where confidentiality is stressed in the CEC Standards for Professional Practice.
