3 The 2020-2022 Catalog The Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) biennial catalog is published in even-numbered years. It presents an outline the organization, its history and scope, members of the faculty for the current year, and descriptions of the various courses of study to be offered during the subsequent biennium. Disclaimer Catalogs and bulletins of educational institutions are usually prepared by faculty committees or administrative officers for the purpose of furnishing prospective students and other interested persons with information about the institution. Announcements contained in such printed material are subject to change without notice and may not be regarded in the nature of binding obligations on the institution and the State. As these announcements are prepared some time in advance, changes are sometimes necessary during the academic year.
