Annual Fundraising Events<\/span><\/h2>


Evergreen\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>

Evergreen, our largest fundraising event, is held annually in the fall. This fundraiser includes a buffet dinner, silent auction, raffles and a live auction. All gift items for this event are generously donated by businesses, individuals, organizations, artists and craftspeople from Bottineau and the surrounding area. Proceeds from Evergreen are used for student scholarships, recruitment and the promotion of Dakota College at Bottineau.<\/p>

Lake Metigoshe Wine Trek\u00a0<\/h3>

Enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the summer sampling wine and appetizers. This event has between 10 to 12 stops at local businesses around Lake Metigoshe. Best enjoyed with a special friends or group of gal pals to taste the best around and new wine coming out for the Fall. All proceeds go to support student scholarships for the DCB Foundation.<\/p>

Center for Rural Health Education in Old Main.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Old Main building took place on Monday, October 7, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. A large crowd gathered to celebrate the completion of the $8.3 million project, designed to enhance the nursing and allied health programs at DCB.<\/p>

The upgraded facility features a multi-bed nursing classroom and lab, technology-enhanced classrooms, hospital simulation rooms, teaching and administrative offices, and a versatile conference room.<\/p>

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the donors, construction teams, architects, and DCB staff and faculty whose efforts brought this project to life. The beautifully restored Old Main will now serve generations of future students.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
