ATHLETIC news V ictoria Obergfell has been named a MonDak First TeamAll-Conference player for the 2019-20 season. Obergfell lead the Lady Jacks in points per game with 21.1, rebounds per game with 5.3 and steals per game with 1.8 and 3 point shooting percentage at 40.8%. She was second inMonDak Conference in points per game, 13th in rebounding, 15th in Steals and was the conference's fifthmost accurate 3-point shooter. She was 16th in points per game in all of NJCAADivision II basketball. Quite a remarkable story considering Obergfell suffered a serious knee injury after just 5 games last season getting a medical red-shirt to come back for the 2019-20 season. She averaged 21.8 points per game last season in those five games and 11.8 points per game as a freshman the year before. OBERGFELL NAMED TO MONDAK FIRST TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE VICTORIA OBERGFELL  S ophomore 6'7" post Dwaine Simmons has been named a 2nd TeamMonDakAll-Conference player for the 2019-20 season. Simmons was 2nd on the team in scoring with 13.9 points per game and lead the team in Rebounds per game with 8.7. Those totals ranked him 15th in the MonDak conference in scoring and 5th in rebounding. In his freshman season, Simmons saw limited court time at just around 10 minutes per game but still managed almost 4 rebounds per game. He blossomed this season into a solid post and hit a respectable 48.9 % from the field. Sophomore Tyrie Johnson finished 3rd in the MonDak conference in scoring with 22.7 points per game but was left off the ballot. He played in just 21 of the teams 31 games after suffering an ankle sprain. He was solid in the final playoff loss to United Tribes scoring 30 points, but it wasn't enough to sway the voters.
