About Dawn

I have been a registered nurse for over 15 years and have experience working in critical care departments, clinic setting, and home health department.  Throughout my years working as a staff nurse, I was a preceptor to several students.  I really enjoyed working with students about what it takes to be a strong, competent and skillful nurse.  I decided to further my career into becoming a nurse educator and started working at Dakota College at Bottineau. Being a nurse educator at Dakota College at Bottineau has really fulfilled my passion to educate people who want and desire to become safe and competent nurses.
