Transcripts are provided free of charge by Dakota College at Bottineau. In order to receive a copy of your transcript, the college must receive a formal request with a signature. Because of the signature requirement, DCB cannot accept e-mail requests for transcripts.

Please understand that if you want the transcript sent to you, it will be considered "unofficial" by most other colleges and universities. In order for a transcript to be considered "official" for the purposes of admissions and transfer of credits to another school, the document must be sent directly from Dakota College to the school of choice.
