Congratulations! You are almost ready to graduate. Please download the appropriate application for your degree and have it turned in to Dakota College at Bottineau by the corresponding deadlines. Instructions are included with the application form.

Applicants who applied for graduation in a previous term but didn't graduate, must file a new application for graduation with the college to make their intention for graduation known. All late fees and rules still apply.

Guide to which application to fill out:

• The "Graduation Application" is to be filled out by DCB students who are earning an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Applied Science, Diploma or Certificate. Download now.
• The "Certificate of Completion" form is to be filled out by any student who is earning a Certificate of Completion. A Certificate of Completion is awarded to students whose degree is earned in a semester's time or consists of 15 credits or less. Download now.
• The "Minot Graduation Application" is to be filled out by DCB students who are taking DCB degrees on Minot's campus. Download now.

Please note: Graduation application deadline is November 18 for those graduating in December and March 3 for those graduating in May or during the Summer. A $10 late fee will be charged to ALL graduation applications turned in after the deadline in the semester for which they are applying.
