What made you decide to attend Dakota College at Bottineau?
I decide to attend DCB because of the small learning environment and the opportunity to play softball.
How did you first hear about Dakota College at Bottineau?
I heard about DCB from my brother who graduated from DCB.
What is your favorite part of learning on a smaller campus?
My favorite part of learning is the one-on-one help from the professors.
Why did you decide to attend a two-year college verses a four-year?
I started off at a four-year college, but it was too overwhelming. So I thought a two-year would be a better choice.
What do you think is the best part about DCB?
The best part about DCB is the small campus environment and being able to say "hi" to everyone you pass.
What is DCBs “best-kept-secret” that no one ever told you about and you absolutely love?
The “best-kept-secret” I never knew about was the staff at DCB. I heard they were good, but I found out they are wonderful.
How do you feel about the small classroom sizes?
The small class sizes make me feel like I am wanted and more than a number, which is one of the main reasons I came to DCB.
What is one thing you would like to tell a prospective student about DCB?
I would like to let them know how willing the professors are to help.
If you attend athletic events, what do you think of the game/crowd?
The crowds at sporting events are very supportive and always ready to cheer.
If you PLAY sports, what made you choose DCB?
I decided to play softball because I wanted a challenge and a new experience.
What's your favorite part of living in the dorm?
My favorite part of living in the dorms is the closeness of everyone and how you can just leave your door open and have visitors.
What do you like best about your program?
The best part of my program is class choices and the professors who teach the classes.
What was your favorite on-campus activity?
My favorite on-campus activity is hanging out in the student center and playing pool, watching TV, and making food.
DCB was my second chance and I’m really glad I decided to attend DCB. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
