Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or Diploma

The Sustainable Vegetable Production Program prepares students for career opportunities
in vegetable production, greenhouse and high tunnel operations, vegetable marketing
and organic certification. The program will provide students with the necessary principles
and practices to manage an environmentally sound, organic agriculture business in
vegetable production. Graduates will be prepared to work in vegetable production
systems and related fields that include CSA and farm market management, produce
managers and garden technicians in wholesale and retail operations.
