Course Description: A course designed for students of all ages that teaches fact about exercise and physical fitness. This course is designed to teach the student the role of physical activity in maintaining adequate health and improving quality of life. Students will learn how to assess, develop and implement a complete lifetime fitness and wellness program and its components. The course is designed to incorporate the ideas through lectures and activity.
Schedule: Fall, spring, and summer semesters. This course follows the traditional on-campus calendar for beginning and ending dates.
Delivery Method: Online. Students are not expected to come to the campus at any time.
