Our Health Services office provides students with a variety of services: consultation with a registered nurse, referrals to health professionals, immunizations and vaccinations and over-the-counter medication.
MMR (Mumps, Measles and Rubella)
The North Dakota State Board of Higher Education requires that all students born after 1956 provide documentation of two(2) doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella administered no less than one month apart, or provide documentation of titers proving immunity to each disease.
Meningococcal (Students age < 21 residing in residence halls only)
The North Dakota State Board of Higher Education requires that all newly admitted students, ages 21 and younger residing in campus housing, must provide documentation of immunity against meningococcal disease. One dose must have been give after the 16th birthday.
DCB accepts copies of records issued by physician offices, local health departments, high schools, colleges, or military records.
