3 The 2018-2020 Catalog The Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) biennial catalog is published in even-numbered years. It presents in outline the organization, its history and scope, members of the faculty for the current year, and descriptions of the various courses of study to be offered during the subsequent biennium.
