The individual hired for this fulltime, 10-month position will be responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and management for all Career Resource Network activities in the Northwest Region of North Dakota. This position will be based out of Minot, ND. Specific duties related to the Career Resource Network (CRN) include, but are not limited to: developing and promoting career resources; providing professional development and training for education and career professions; collaborating with regional agencies, business, industry and other stakeholders; collecting data and submitting required reports; and collaborating with a program advisory committee.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or equivalent applicable experience in career resource development and the use of career resources,
- Excellent computer skills that include high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Outlook),
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills,
- High self-motivation and ability to work and manage projects with minimal supervision,
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Master’s degree.
- Teaching and/or career counseling experience.
- Experience in a two-year college setting.
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
